Railay Phutawan Resort

This hotel is the most beautiful and welcoming hotel I have ever been to. We stayed in room T888 which is a triple room just off from the main building - it was exquisite! The room was immaculately clean, an incredible size with a beautiful bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool is clean, ample size and the view it looks out to is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains where you can watch people rock climb but it feels like your own private oasis. Breakfast was wonderful - all the food and drink you can imagine, beautifully presented. The shuttle service is great but it is not far to walk to either beach. However, the most incredible part of this hotel is the staff. They are kind, helpful and so so wonderful! They will do anything for you and are always there to greet with a smile. I have never met such pleasant and friendly staff at any other hotel I have been to. Special shout out to John, Nan and Augn! They really looked after us over the two nights we were here. We attended the New Years Eve celebration and it was one of the best New Years we’ve had. It was so much fun with Thai dancing, fire shows and lots of food. Thank you so much to everyone at Phutawan for a lovely two night stay. We will definitely be back. Karen, Gary and Bethany.

It’s a gorgeous hotel in an amazing place! The view from the swimming pool is unreal. The bar area is unbelievably nice as well! The name of the bar speaks for itself - it’s THE VIEW indeed. You can sit there whole day watching rock climbers while enjoying nice drinks! But you don’t have to sit there whole day - it’s a 10 minute walk to all of the 3 beaches of the area. There’s a beach shuttle option which is also very nice. We were living in a room with the garden view and it was a really good room. It had a window and a balcony on two opposite sides. The jungle view was stunning. All the basics such as a smart tv, a fridge, etc. were there. The WiFi connection was pretty good across the whole territory of the hotel which is important for those who work remotely. The last but not least - the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful! Thank you to all the amazing people who work there!

Everything is perfect. The best what you can find in Railay. Food in the restaurant is also the best in the whole bay.

What a fantastic hotel. Property advertises itself as a 2-star hotel, but it should be a lot higher than that. Everything was just perfect. The location of the hotel is amazing, beautiful jungle and mountains all around, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent, a wide variety at breakfast and menu at the pool bar was excellent. The service was phenomenal. Drinks delivered to you in the water whilst enjoying the beautiful pool (which is super clean) Thank you to all the staff for an amazing holiday, will definitely be back.
